We cannot guarantee delivery before a specific date (such as trips or events). If you need your order by a certain time, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm timing.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are custom made-to-order, we only accept returns in the following cases:
    •    Item arrives damaged
    •    Item is defective
    •    You receive the wrong item

If any of the above happen, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at team@earresistiblethreads.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
